Do teams consider roster fit whatsoever when making those decisions? When looking at free agency, do players believe coaches? And above all, would so as to add their likenesses, they have to renegotiate with the NFL Coaches Association? And would EA want to tell the devs to dedicate time to figuring out this system rather than other things (like MUT content)?

I am not necessarily disagreeing with you but I'm pretty certain the coordinator part should be super simple considering at least NCAA 14 (I do not understand enough about the other ones) has planner and a coaching carousel and that same specific buy Madden nfl 21 coins game was made by the exact same exact company...EA! Imo you should be able to produce your playbook or only use a regular one (Packers, Bears, Browns, etc.) or simply use a share file that is already in Madden NFL 21.
